Completed maintenance, involving two chiller units on a rooftop. One was a replacement of a ventilation fan and fan motor.

The other was a replacement of a chiller compressor, and filter unit. This replacement was done with pre-preparation of the piping to minimise hot work done on site. The connection for the pipe sections, were done by using clamping connectors to join the piping together.

After the compressor was replaced, and the system was than vacuum tested, and checked for any leaks. When it is confirmed that the system is secured, the refrigerant gas is added into the chiller system. New compressor oil was used to flush, and remove fine debris in the compressor line, and replaced with a new oil filter, then we officially recommissioned the chiller.
